Abstract

Madiun Municipality in May 2020 experienced inflation of 0.01 percent with the Consumer Price Index (CPI) of 103.20. Of the eight regency/municipal that calculate national inflation in Jawa Timur Province, 6 (six) of them experienced inflation and 2 (two) others experienced deflation. The highest inflation occurred in Malang by 0.27 percent with CPI of 103.02. The lowest inflation occurred in Madiun Municipality by 0.001 percent with CPI 103.20. The highest deflation occurred in Kediri Municipalitty at 0.19 with a CPI of 104.29 and the lowest deflation occurred in Jember Regency at 0.03 with a CPI of 104.45.
