Abstract

Number of poor people (residents with per capita expenditure per month below the poverty line) in Ponorogo Regency in March 2020 reached 86.74 thousand people. This number increased by 2.77 thousand people, when compared to the condition in March 2019 which amounted to 83.97 thousand people.

Percentage of the population in Miskindi in Ponorogo Regency also increased from 9.64 percent in March 2019 to 9.95 percent in March 2020 (up 0.31 percentage points). since 2010-2020, there have been fluctuations in the number and percentage of poor people in Ponorogo Regency.

The poverty line in Ponorogo Regency in March 2020 was Rp. 326,205.00, - per capita per month, an increase of Rp. 13,030, - per capita per month or an increase of 4.16 percent, when compared to the conditions in March 2019 which amounted to Rp. 303,175, per capita per month.
